I know it works, because I live it.

Hi, I’m Dorota. I am the founder of Elite Mind Studio, a neuroscience-based coaching studio for high achievers who are ready to upgrade how they think, lead, and live.

For nearly a decade in elite global consulting at BCG and PwC, and later in the fast-scaling startup world, I delivered results at the highest level. I know the pressure of a demanding career. But I also knew I refused to reach the point of burnout.

Off the clock, I am deeply passionate about tennis and football. Whether we are talking about elite sports or executive leadership, my philosophy is the same: the best players in the world don’t hustle 24/7. They train, they execute, and they recover.

I wanted to bring that exact playbook to the boardroom. I dove deeply into neuroscience, earned my Brain Coach certification, and became an ICF Associate Certified Coach.

What I learned changed everything. I realized that you can absolutely perform at the highest echelon of business, but just like an athlete, you have to train your mind to build real boundaries and intentionally slow down.

Today, I balance a fast-paced career with slow-paced leisure time. It is an interesting dynamic that feels new and different to a lot of people, but it is a skill that can be trained.
